Parks & Green Spaces - The most well known park is Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. This 2884 acre park features over 17 miles of trails, rises 1800 feet above sea level and provides spectacular views of downtown Atlanta and the surrounding area. But the city boasts a variety of other parks with different amenities as well. Close by Adams Park offers baseball and softball fields, the Ben Robertson Community Center, walking and running trails, tennis courts and picnic areas. Restaurants - Whether you want a cup of fresh coffee and a bagel or have a craving for a great steak there are restaurants and culinary choices for every taste and style close by. Arts & Theatre - On stage experience the drama of Robin Hood performed by the Kennesaw Theater Group or take in a play at the Blackwell Playhouse.
